Description:
Small Business International Review (e-ISSN 2531-0046) is a peer-reviewed e-journal devoted to the publication of original research articles concerning the broad field of SMEs. SBIR provides Fully Open Access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Authors are not asked to pay Article Processing Charges (APCs) for this journal in any case. The journal offers a permanent open call for papers. Rather than publishing conventional complete online issues at fixed intervals, the journal moved to a continuous publication (CP) model. SBIR has been recognized with the FECYT Quality Seal 2023 by The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), after having successfully passed the quantitative (impact and visibility) and qualitative (scientific relevance of its publications) evaluation process. Furthermore, Dialnet Metrics has rated the journal Small Business International Review as Q1 in its ranking of scientific journals in the area of Economics. These distinctions can be an incentive, especially for Spanish researchers, to submit articles to SBIR since this Journal now count for «SEXENIOS«, according to the last criteria implemented, and from this can be also an interesting potential outlet for the «TESIS POR COMPENDIO«.
